Winds Physical Therapy was established in 2017 by Craig Rice, MPT. At that time, Pinedale was in need of additional Physical Therapy resources and many residents sought treatment in Jackson or Rock Springs. Craig recognized the community need and started a business that provides exceptional care to Sublette County.
